"Centrally located, spotlessly clean and helpful staff, it’s a great place to stay to explore Florence plus easy to get the bus or train for adventures further afield. Despite the “soundproofed” rooms claim, they’re not and the noise from the road is also high at times. The bar was shut a number of evenings and don’t bother with a balcony unless you just want to smoke outside."

"Nice hotel. Our room faced the main street that the hotel entrance was on, so it was a bit noisy due to tourist traffic. They do have rooms facing the courtyard so there are options if noise is an issue. The staff was super nice especially the kitchen staff. Rooms were clean, as were the hallways. Location is 5 min walk to the Duomo, with many restaurant options in the area. We were there in March so can’t attest to air conditioning effectiveness. Heat worked great though! "
