"From the moment we arrived everything was great. The staff brought out bags to the room (and there were quite a few) and we had a welcome drink at the bar. There was an awesome dj playing and the bartenders were great! Perfect location, great breakfast, and amazing helpful staff! "

"The staff was truly wonderful. My wife and i were scheduled to return to NYC when she got food poisoning, or a stomach virus. We cancel our flight and were forced to relocate hotels and we chose an American brand, Best Western.The staff was so caring and respectful. When it was apparent we would need more than one night they found accommodations. Wife needed Emergency Room care at hospital.the staff couldn't do enough for us "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Metropole. The staff were all so friendly and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. Our rooms were spacious and clean. We felt that Santa Margherita was a quaint town that doesn’t have the craziness like the towns of Cinque Terra. We ate at 3 or 4 different restaurants in town and all were very good. We would recommend Hotel Metropole and the town to our friends and family members. "
