"Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. The staff were amazing, from check in to room service, all amazing. At check in we were offered a free rollout bed for my daughter who was going to sleep in the king bed with us as the hotel was fully booked. We also received breakfast for an extra $23 for all three of us. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Ideal location close to train station. "Firstly we were put into Room 201 which was a disabled room which wasnt really a problem but we paid for a city view room. Shower curtain was very short hence water went all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise the room was very clean and bed & linen comfortable. No option for decaf coffee or tea and no milk option in room. Hotel was lovely, coffee shop very nice.
