Upon checking in on our 2nd stay, we were advised that their system "crashed" again. "The lack of parking, & "expensive" valet only option is not what I preferred traveling for work. The staff worked with me on this which I appreciated after a very long day. The location is fantastic. Very good food options driveable within minutes. SMU campus across the street...also very handy. I highly recommend the breakfast from the on site restaurant. Loved that!
