"The apartment is nice and well appointed. It is walking distance to restaurants on lower Greenville and centrally located for all of the sites of Dallas. Previous renters have mentioned that the apartment is built over a carport resulting in two oddities. 1) The assigned parking is under the unit and a getting a big SUV navigated into the spot might be a challenge. 2) The unit is basically on stilts and as a previous reviewer mentioned, you can feel the unit move. "First off, love the Bishop Arts and make every effort to stay there while I'm in Dallas on business. Cannot be beat for a lively and completely walkable neighborhood with amazing options for food and drinks. Cant say enough good about it. This property is PERFECT for a lone traveler or a couple... very cozy and comfy and don't for a minute worry about the fact that theres a chocolate store downstairs, you'd never know (besides the tasty samples in the apartment when you get there) I enjoyed...

"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"The outlets in several locations didn’t work. The stove eyes only worked in one location and it had to be on high. There were homeless people staying all around the area so we didn’t feel safe outside or to walk around. Pillows had stains on them inside the pillowcases. Beyond those issues it was a very convenient location To get to downtown Dallas and the beds themselves were comfortable."
