"Great hotel, not in the center but there is a bus stop right in front that makes it getting around very easy. They have a public parking garage next to the hotel for easy parking and parking on the street. Hotel is generally quiet and safe. We had a small issue which they rectified immediately, communication with the hotel was answered promptly. "

"The staff were freindly and helpful, our roo. Was large, clean and comfortable with air-conditioning. The hotel was on the outskirts of Vienna ehich is normally serviced by a direct train and easy to get to, unfortunatelythere were works on the line duringour stay, but this is nothing to do with the hotel. Its opposite a large shopping park that is on foot. Overall we were satisfied with our stay."

No air conditioning, we couldn’t even open the window because of huge black bugs. Safe in the room was out of order ( probably low battery). Fridge cabinet was empty. Nice hotel but weak management. The area surrounding is a series of massive outlet shops and the Westfield shopping centre.
