"The property was exactly as advertised. Gerhard and Martina, the property owners, were very nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious but cozy at the same time. We would love to stay longer. Vienna is about an 40 minutes away; an easy trip to make. We will definitely stay here again."

"Communication and check-in was excellent and easy. The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. "This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"When we arrived at the apartment, everything seemed pleasant enough. Anyway, the TV wasn't working properly so I informed the man on the check in desk. He was apologetic and said that he'd try and get an IT man to sort the problem out, and he offered my partner and I free breakfast at the nearby restaurant. Fair enough. "Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe."
