"Great hotel, chosen for its proximity to the office I needed to attend, great service, exceptionally clean, very comfortable, excellent dining restaurant, very good breakfast though can get extremely busy. Great bar, great service from the bar staff and reception. "

"We'd gladly stay here again. It was clean. It was quiet. They have comfortable community areas. They have breakfast for a small cost and they have a friendly staff. The only negative thing I have to say is that the WiFi was basically nonexistent. It would just spin and spin, maybe connect for a minute or two and then it'd go out again. WiFi was continuously like that."

"The property had everything although breakfast was expensive. Their lobby had 24/7 different coffees & tea, self serve. Transportation was very very convenient. Although some of the stations had different names like Wien HBF is also Hauptbahnhof station, & some other names. Know your station SONNERGASSE."

"Lovely hotel in excellent location 5 minutes walk from underground , across the road from Schonbrunn Palace gardens . The room was clean and modern we had a balcony which was nice. Sauna faculties were good but be ware if you are offended by naked men there were plenty of them must be the culture . Staff on reception where really nice and helpful . Breakfast was really good plenty of choice but expensive if you didn’t have it included in your stay. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and received a nice plate of chocolates and fruit which was a lovely touch . Overall excellent stay would recommend . "

"In a great location right across from Esterhazy castle. Beautiful hotel. Very artsy touches. Breakfast very pricey- €34/person. But otherwise all good."
