Great hotel, not in the center but there is a bus stop right in front that makes it getting around very easy. They have a public parking garage next to the hotel for easy parking and parking on the street. Hotel is generally quiet and safe. We had a small issue which they rectified immediately, communication with the hotel was answered promptly.

We stayed at this property for 2 days in late September. This ApartHotel is perfect. Place was spacious, large living room and a large bedroom with very sizeable shower. Kitchen and dinning area was good too. Kitchen had Al amenities I could ask for. Bedding was very comfortable. Property is in right front of 62 (Tram) and 62A bus. With this and Google Maps, you can navigate anywhere on Vienna. I did not rent car and I strongly advice against renting one in Bienna. Their public transportation is best in class (and safe too). Receptionist were very helpful and courteous. I would give 10/10 on all fronts. Thanks

convenient streetcar and bus stop directly in front of hotel, (Vienna transit is excellent) grocery stores approx. 1k away. Pizza restaurant downstairs. A bit loud because it backs onto the rail tracks

Property as described in the photos and description! Would highly recommend this place. We appreciate the cleanliness of the room. The standard of the place and their furnitures, pans, even plates were in good condition. Also left dishwasher liquid and dishwasher tablet. Very professional apartment place. Maintained very well. The only thing that I noticed quite poor is that the apartments does not have any phones so it is hard to reach the reception as you would have to go down to the main one. And the apartments are in different building blocks. We also did not have any duvet or covers for the sofa bed so we had to get it from the reception late evening and bring it on the rod and upstairs to the room. Their restaurant DCIP is also serving great food with lovely staff. Overall, great place to stay. Highly recommend it and will definitely be one of my choices if I come back to Vienna.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The ladies on reception were very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We used the Ubahn system regularly. The U6 station was an easy 8 minutes walk away and the trains were every 3 or 4 minutes.

We had the one bed apt for four people. The apartment is exceptionally well decorated and equipped. The sofa bed was made ready and we found this to be plenty big enough and comfy. The room has air-conditioning which was great, apart from the bedroom not having it so coulde get a bit warm in there. The bathroom was huge and had a very good hairdryer. There is a gym and a good games room with 3 pool tables and chess table. There is a laundry room, we didnt find powder but got some from the supermarket and there is a clothes rail in the room. There is not too much around the hotel but good transport links with the bus stopping right outside the door. Only 3 stops to meidling. Its not really walkable to the main areas but bus and train are frequent. There is a pizza reataurant in the complex which was good and very friendly. Turning right out of the hotel and down the street there is a domino's take away and also a Hofer (aldi) and a nice cafe. Shops do close on sundays! Should also note its very secure and safe. You have a key code that is used for the entry and apartment. Great place to stay.

Brilliant and great value stay
A great place to stay. Very comfortable apartments; spacious; quiet; clean. Much cheaper than other places and with a lot more to offer. Facilities to do your own washing and make your own meals. Wonderful location with trams and buses stopping right outside to link to U-Bahn. Highly recommended.

Very good property However, if you are driving, checking in is a nightmare, no parking on the street even for a minute to unload your luggage. We got a ticket from the police, which showed up within 4 minutes.
