"Beim Checkin wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden, hat erstmal einige Minuten gebraucht bevor der Checkin funktionierte. Dann bekam ich ein falsches Zimmer, nicht jenes welches ich von der Farbe her gebucht hatte. Im Zimmer angekommen ging dann die Tür nicht richtig zu, es bleibt ein großer Spalt offen.
