"The steam and sauna was really nice on the 25th floor. The hotel itself was nice but you can hear the noise outside all night. Advised it was my birthday before our stay, but no special touch. Not much communication or friendliness with hotel staff, however room cleaners lovely. "

The not so good: The room booked for 3 people did not have the sofa bed already made up, nor linen for me to do it myself. The shower tray/screen leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor just inside the door, which was tiled. Hazardous. "

"Property was good and staffs were ok. I felt it was not kids friendly as no separate menu for kids. Dinning hall seating arrangement is very much limited for group of 3 or 4 where as it has more for group of 2. I felt this hotel may be good for professionals and rather not for families."
