"The hotel was nice and in a good location. Not great for my wife who was coeliac though unfortunately. Dinner menu was limited. One of the few options she was told she could have was chicken supreme. When they brought it out they then informed my wife that because she was coeliac she couldn’t have any of the potatoes. So they served her just a piece of chicken and some vegetables. No offer even to reduce the price! Breakfast wasn’t much better for her either. Not good"

"Very nice beautiful hotel. Convenient to the tram that takes you into any part of Dublin that you want to go to. Did not have any problems with noise inside the hotel room could not hear a thing through the walls. Very pleased with our stay. "

"The design of the hotel is lovely and the staff were pleasant to deal with. The room was sufficient and had everything i needed. The rooms could do with a freshen up, there was a lot of chipped paintwork and things just looked shabby, i couldn't tell if the shower was dirty or the grouting was strained. Breakfast was ok, for the peice charged i dont think it was worth it as i think you'll find better in the cafes surrounding the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay "

"Good option for an overnight stay before an early morning flight, and the shuttle service was very handy and very efficient, getting us to terminal 2 within 10 minutes, the on-site food options are very expensive and pretty much have a captive market if you don’t have a vehicle to go elsewhere"

"Very handy to 3arena. Nice courteous staff.fish n chips ok no taste of fish batter good. Chicken burger not the best. 22 and 21 euro for each. Breakfast very good full fry buffet type. Wide range of other stuff too. Room comfortable toilet clean would go again but eat out for dinner."
