"This is a beautiful and clean property! You could go barefoot and the sand was amazing! The lobby was peaceful. Lots of places to lounge and be with nature, read a book or have conversations. "Our trip in Holbox was on Nov 2024. We booked one of the treehouse cottage. Pros: First— staff are amazing, super helpful, and very welcoming. 2nd—the resort is top notch. Quiet. It gives that “jungle” type vibe. If you are all about connecting with nature, this is the perfect place to be. 3rd—the way the resort was located, it’s still walkable to their downtown area. Con: November- so many mosquitoes. I didn’t get to enjoy the lounge over the roof because I became the buffet. BRING bug...

"All the negative reviews have to be from people who expect way too much out of people cause I went for 4 days celebrated my ten year anniversary and from the minute we showed up to the minute we left was non stop customer service. Property is absolutely stunning yes it’s far away from the centro and all that but a 40 min walk or less and you are there enjoy the walk along the beach it’s not bad at all. Luis and Jose were the best so knowledgeable about everything and what to do and where to go....

We had the room with the rooftop private palapa, loved it, the hotel is very Boho Chic, service was warm, friendly, attentive and the hotel offers kayaks and bikes. "Stayed In this space as a couple. When I booked all that was left was the room with the bunk beads and two full beds. Sleeping under the bunk beds was a little awkward but the arrangements would be good for multiple people trying to fit in one room.
