"This was a weekend away with my wife, the hotel is located in the centre of Great Malvern. The hotel is located on a quite road next to the Abbey, when we arrived Just before 1 pm, we were able to book in early as our room was ready, which was a bonus. I had completed the online booking in form prior to travel the day before, so when we arrived I only had to register the car, signed the registration document and give my credit card for pre-authorisation, so from arrival to being booked in was...

"I loved this hotel. Its quirky, but in a lovely way. And i was lucky to be upgraded, so i had a suite with a separate shower room and a roll top bath. The selection of wines/drinks/snacks in the room were of good quality, and whilst i did not consume, due to work commitments, i would in the future. The restaurant attached served lovely, locally sourced food at a reasonable price. And the location of the hotel meant you were walking distance into town, and 20 minutes walk from the train...

"A beautiful hotel in a great location. Christmas decorations were lovely too - class! The parking options were very good. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were helpful and welcoming. This is our favourite place to stay in Cheltenham. We will be back!"
