"Room was super clean and spacious. Ned comfortable. Only negative was that the lights on the heaters glow so brightly that room wasnt dark and that kept waking me up. Seating area near bar is tired and could do with upholstering and the floor was littered and untidy, however the rest of the hotel was clean and tidy. We have stayed here several times and give it a thumbs up, its not 5 star but it isstill a lovely hotel and very good value for money."

"The room was excellent. Kitchen are v well equipped. Nicely decorated. Attention to detail v good. Lots of plug sockets! Huge bed! "A great hotel in a great location, just across the road from Piccadilly train station and a stones throw away from canal street and China town. The rooms are really comfortable. However it can be luck of the draw which rooms you get. Some of them are looking old now and a bit dated inside and some of them are small, to give the hotel its due, it does state that there upgrading the rooms and you may get a new or old style room. The bathrooms are always of an excellent size. Great tea and coffee...

"Exceeded all expectations- beautiful property, cosy room, excellent amenities and a very nice breakfast. Bed was comfy and blackout curtains ensured we had a very pleasant sleep. Staff were super helpful, very friendly and we breezed through our check-in in about 5 mins. It took us about 10/15 mins to walk into the city centre, so location is also great. I want to make a note of saying I stayed here with a friend, and as 2 young, female travellers, we never once felt unsafe/scared/threatened...
