"The location is in the city centre and its an easy walk to different places of interest. Reception is usually good. Though I've had someone help carry my bag to the room and tell me my bags shouldn't be that heavy. The room is a bit dated but clean. The spa, hot tub and pool are nice. Will stay here again. "

"Very clean, beautiful hotel room. Very spacious, comfortable bed. Turn down service was unexpected but a nice touch. Nice extra touches - bath salts and snacks. Decor of the room and hotel was gorgeous throughout. Breakfast was well set out and delicious. We had a drink in the Refuge bar too, which is stunning and relaxing. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite especially Sharon at Reception- fantastic customer service. Can’t fault anything- absolutely fabulous hotel. "

"Great staff all round at check in and checkout and breakfast was very good. A bit disappointed with the shower head, which came off during a shower and could have hurt someone. However the response was prompt and it was fixed with a sincere apology. I love staying here and will def stay here again. "

"From our arrival to our departure, we had a great time at Gotham Hotel in Manchester. We booked it as a treat for our 7th anniversary. Upon checkin we found out due to over booking, our already nice Gotham suite had been upgraded to the Burgess room, which was just that bit nicer. All free of charge of course. The room itself was stunning, but for £500 a night, you’d expect it to be I guess. The only criticism such as it is, was that the bath robes smelled like they’d been kept near the...

"We stayed for four days to celebrate our Anniversary. Having stayed there before, the hotel was as magnificent as we remembered . Breakfast was amazing, the room was very spacious, food was delicious in all 3 restaurants and drinks were fabulous. Highly recommended if you wish luxurious accomodation in the middle of green fields."
