"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. "We stayed at this hotel for the New Year , accommodation was a chalet , basic but clean . The beach area is well equipped with sun beds and canopies, possibly may be a bit overcrowded in peak times. daily food options were good with a moderate selection, The New Years gala was absolutely amazing, the staff were working so hard preparing for the event in the run up setting up the pool area , the array of food was out of this world ,like a banquet for a king.
