"Even though being renovated, this stay was perfect. Staff so friendly and helpful, fabulous breakfast, lovely twin room and a nice pub The Clock Tower literally on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again, the Spa and staff were also lovely and I can highly recommend the Back Massages. "

"This was our first visit as my daughter and I usually travel every six weeks from London to Hereford by train but will definitely review our travel plans and stay again now that we know you offer fantastic value for money. Your receptionist was helpful, polite and friendly and upon arrival instantly gave us the feeling she really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The whole hotel felt as though it was new and that included our room and bed which meant we had a great sleep. I don’t know the last time I have stayed in a hotel which has provided a free gym with leisure facilities and will definitely return and tell everyone we know. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely and much appreciated touch. "We had a great time and a well situated hotel. It was a shame that the weekend we chose we had a storm and the Christmas market was cancelled. But that can’t be helped. Room was very cold but we told reception and they gave us a heater which was a great help. Would definitely book this hotel again"
