"The whole process at Sofitel - from booking, to online check in, to arriving to collect room keys - was easy and efficient. Our stay was the start of our honeymoon, and the staff had left a message of congratulations in the room with sweet treats. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. There are different dining options available and we had booked Vanda (the Chinese). The food was delicious but very pricey. "

"The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, chatty and very helpful. The problem I had was trying to find the shuttle bus from the airport. It isn't stated clearly enough where to get it from. Maybe put an exact map, I walked around for ages. In the end, I had to get a taxi which was extremely expensive for the distance. The hotel though was clean and comfortable and I woukd stay again now I know how to get there!"
