"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!"

"I have to say a massive thank you to Emma & Vicky for the use of this beautiful home. I have to say that the place is amazing. It is so well thought out with the layout and the furniture. Absolutely perfect for our family get together to surprise our mother for her 87th Birthday. 9 people and we all fitted in perfectly. We could not fault a thing. "The property is large and comfortable, in a lovely quiet area in Ditchling village. The owners were very helpful. The only let down was the shower which needs renewing, and the Hob also needs renewing. One of the single bed duvets was not particularly clean. "

One of the blinds was broken and not the best blinds to block out sunlight very bright in the twin rooms. The front door lock needs looking at as wouldn't always unlock the latch at the top. "A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings. We stayed for a week from June 3-10, 2024.The property is as listed. Although, after we washed some of our clothes we didn't have a clothing dryer to dry them. "Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)"
