"Nice hotel in perfect spot. Rooms are clean and comfy bed. Kettle provided but no coffee or tea for them. Shampoo and body wash provided in shower. Stayed here a few times and will return. Excellent Location Thank you "

"Excellent location for the area with a 10min walk to the cathedral and centre where restaurants and shops are abundant. The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect"

"Loved this hotel, we didn’t have quite the bed set up we booked by it was a great room and we had a huge balcony which was fab for my son to play on. The only real downside was that the beds were very firm so neither myself or my husband slept particularly well. Also families should be aware that in spring the outdoor pool is very cold and kids can only use the indoor pool from 10-12am but the spa and sauna facilities were a huge asset. Would definitely recommend. "

"A recently fully refurbished hotel with great views to sea. A good base to explore this beautiful mountainous coastal area. Fairly remote though Valldemossa and Deja just a short drive away. Very large rooms with a balcony. Great breakfast. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Joan Mero hotel. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff were exceptional in their thoughtfulness and courtesy…(Mira especially!) We had a wonderful room with a large, beautiful terrace, looking out over the ocean… It was so lovely and really made our hotel time here, one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca. If we have the opportunity to come back and stay here, we most definitely will!"
