The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. "We booked the villa for my family, we needed downstairs rooms as we have elderly parents, our whole stay was amazing, the housekeeper came everyday to clean the pool and water plants. The grounds and views are breathtaking, it was sad to leave. They have a villa dog who is very friendly, 3 cats and a donkey. Very relaxing. Very well equipped."

"The villa is beautiful with amazing views. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Location is a short drive to the nearby towns. The villa is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need besides food, but there is a small grocery store nearby. "

"We came with our adult daughters and two small (2 & just 4 year old) grandsons. It is a visually attractive home, 3 levels, stair gates included, gated pool and plenty of places to sit and relax. Ample room for the children to play outside and adults to relax. A 5 minute walk away to a well stacked Agromart and numerous other food stores , bus stops and tram stop. Easy short bus journey to Port Soller, hiking trails, or Botanical gardens. "

"Can Fabiol is an attractive little house set in a beautiful location with the mountains soaring above the property and the lovely town of Soller below in the valley. It is very tranquil, with just the sound of cockerels crowing to each other up and down the valley and the bells of the cathedral chiming the hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but the patio and small pool provide a very pleasant space to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Highly recommended!"

"We loved the property! Even more space than we had anticipated from the pictures/listing, especially outdoors where we really enjoyed using all the different areas."

"All was great and we all had a wonderful time! The home was clean and as listed so no I wanted surprises which was wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the internet wasn’t the best, but they do have it. I depended where you were in the house or outside. The TVs didn’t seem to have channels to watch really but in fairness it may have been us that couldn’t figure it out. Over all a well enjoyable place to have a vacation! "

"What a gorgeous time we had at Maria's beautiful house. It really is a stunning location with so many lovely areas to sit and relax. The decoration is classic and timeless. "I stayed here with 8 of my friends and we had the most amazing time! The house itself has everything you wanted and the location and proximity to the beach was amazing! Communication with Alumdena was great and she really went over and above for us which made the service feel like we were staying in a 5 star resort! Highly recommend and I would def stay again! "

"Overall really nice. We stayed for 3 days in March and the amenities are well kept, the room service is cheap (and not bad), saw dolphins in the morning outside our window. Only complaint is the amount of food outside of the rooms because of the good room service. "
