"Room was clean with a tv with many Channels, kettle, heater, fan, iron, towels and extra pillows. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great, had a bit of everything, was hot and tasty and was being refilled to keep products available. Only one issue which isn’t with the hotel but feel should mention, there is not much parking. ‘Hotel parking’ is also for pay display general public. "Lovely setting rural setting in Brockenhurst, located a few mins walk from the town. Have stayed here a few times now and definitely preferred it in summer when able to enjoy drinks and relaxing in the large gardens to the rear of the hotel. Not a huge fan of having lots of dogs in the bar/inn, but great for dog owners"

"We went in the bar for pre dinner drinks and tried to pay on the room and were informed this is not possible which was a shame and not usual for this type of hotel. Time for dinner was prebooked and we arrived and we’re shown to our table. Food was lovely but whole meal was spoilt at the end when my husband ordered a liquer coffee. After chasing 3 times and 45 mins we were informed they couldn’t do it. Shame and a waste of our time and also a shame again that bill could not go on the room. We...
