"Lovely as usual. Having stayed in an “enviable” room type before, it was noticeable this time having dropped to “comfortable”. Still high standards but a little tired in the bathroom, a small entrance (slightly awkward with bags) and less frills. Still lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay (and complimentary birthday treat). I would always opt for an enviable room when funds allow but all rooms are lovely. Thank you for a great stay! I will be back again soon "

For those outside the main Lodge, the stairs may prove problematic for some, particularly those with extensive luggage or mobility issues.
