"Beautifully presented hotel in the heart of KLCC, a couple of minutes walk to the towers/Suria KLCC. Very noisy, windows aren't double glazed and the fit out is a tad dated but huge rooms and space. Air con worked, strong wifi and easy walk to dining and other amenities. "

"5 star experience with great accommodating customer service. Customer centric with great activities for the kids. They do everything they can to make your stay with them comfortable. Perfect location as well. Will stay again. Only downfall is their self service laundry is quite dirty and there aren't other decent options nearby."

"Conveniently located within the KL Sentral transport hub. Spacious, while minimalistic rooms. Only issue with the room is that there were no day curtains - so, you would have to sit with the blinds down and no natural light for privacy. Enjoyed the gym, pool & buffet breakfast. "

I loved the active temple of Ganesh across the street. Rooms can be a tiny bit tired in the details: wood of doors near floor can be worn, patina on finishings a bit worn but nothing too concerning for that price range and location."
