"Staff was friendly and nice. Met with the managers by pure happenstance, and just casually mentioned that the refrigerator in the room was not cold enough. Was offered a replacement refrigerator but I declined as it was my last night before flying back. Would definitely come back again!"

"Location really handy to all the main sites and tube station 5 mins walk away. It’s walkable to Colonial district , Petronas Towers and monorail. Plus several shopping mauls. I was on 15th floor with great views of the city ( worth the extra payment) , especially at night with the colourful light show. Breakfast area can be busy (7.30am was better than 8.00 onwards. "The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had high quality amenities and the blackout curtain features were greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had a great variety of food. The executive lounge is a must have upgrade to consider. I really enjoyed being connected to the Sentral transit center which made transportation easy and convenient. I would stay at this location again upon my return. Thank you. "

"Amazing service, great concierge services. Ajit was amazing in coordinating tours and directing us to have a great time in KL, during our couple of days visit. Room was spacious, bathroom and amenities were great. View from 43 floor was breathtaking. Breakfast was crazy, too many options to even mention and definitely impossible to try. Highly recommend it. "
