"Very well located hotel in Chiado within walking distance to many of Lisbon’s tourist attractions. The nightlife around the hotel is also fantastic and would recommend the taberna da rua das Flores restaurant nearby (note cash only)."

"Generally excellent. The check in is on the first floor which is a bit odd and slightly inconvenient. The parking is valet and they didn’t charge me. The lobby could do with a bar and somewhere to buy coffee. The room and bed were excellent. Concierge was very helpful but one of the restaurants she recommended was only average, the other brilliant."

The building is historic which is a double edged sword. The plumbing is noisy. The windows are not double pane so when the garbage / recycling trucks go by in the middle of the night, it is very loud.
