"We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "

We had prepaid for dinner and breakfast was included. The food at the upstairs bar was also very good but not included. It is a little bit away from shopping and downtown but taxis are about 7€ or there is a hop on hop off bus nearby. The taxis mostly do cash only though. Only a few take credit card.
