"Perfect for one night work stay- friendly staff, close to restaurants for dinner; able to purchase snacks/drinks at reception and toiletries etc if you needed anything. Didn't use the bar or restaurant. Walked out to Browns for dinner- few restaurants there- 5 minute walk..perfect. Wlaked to train station in the morning- less tan 10 minutes. Very handy"

However we were told by reception on arrival that we could use the spa facilities the following day, which we were looking forward to, we were then told we couldn’t use the facilities after 11am at checkout. The hotel and room itself were very clean and the room had everything we needed - including bath robes which we weren’t expecting! The staff were friendly and welcoming.
