"We have stayed at the Old Hall Hotel over many years. On each visit we have never been disappointed with anything the hotel offers. A stay at the hotel is a unique experience. Its long history, in a wonderful location, reflects an atmosphere and character not possible in a more modern hotel. Checking out this time, we were a little bothered to receive a bill for room service drinks which we hadn't had. The matter was resolved easily and pleasantly by the receptionist and wont affect our memory...

"Was very nervous after seeing the other reviews but as we were on a very tight budget we went for this as the cheapest option in stockport, but I was pleasantly surprised, the check in was great, the gentleman who checked us in asked if we wanted an upstairs or downstairs room and was really lovely.
