"The ladies at reception were so so lovely and very helpful! They upgraded us because we were here celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. We also had some chocolate a voucher for 2 free drinks, a little congratulations card and a beautiful towel swan display on the bed. We booked to stay an extra night and they helped us move our booking around so we could stay in the same room both nights and we arrange late checkout. Our room is really lovely. Very clean, huuuge comfy clean bed! We had a coffee machine and the coffees were delicious and we had a fridge with a few complimentary drinks and snacks. This is our second visit and we will definitely be staying here again!! "
