"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

"Brilliant pool area for kids with slides and splash pad. Good food and good location for a 5 minute shuttle to the beach. Rooms and general decor starting to look tired, air con in room useless. General cleanliness and staff were all excellent."

"We had a great stay at the Gran Canaria Princess resort hotel. Defintely do the all inclusive - the food put out was different everyday and was often themed (mexican, asian etc) with plenty of other choices- the drinks included in the all inclusive were pretty good - beer, wine, prosecco, sangria all on tap or readily available to order as well as all the spirits and mixers. Apparently the all inclusive plus options gets you better top shelf spirits and drinks but the drinks poured in our all...

"Overall a good stay for the price. We stayed for just over a week and found the staff exceptionally polite and helpful. It is in a great location with the beach being a 10 minute walk and the main shopping centre a 10 minute walk also. The food options while good quality can be a little repetitive by the time you’ve been there for a week. The room was exceptionally clean and we had a great view from our balcony.
