"Loved this place. The staff is high energy and super helpful. It’s a stones throw from Atocha station so you can pretty much get anywhere from here. My only complaint was that my first floor room looked out over the bar area and it stayed noisy until well past midnight. Maybe next time I’ll just ask for a quieter room. No complaints about the service though. Top notch."

They had cancelled our booking as a no show. Room we were given was smaller than the one booked. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Great location and easy access to Metro system. "
