"Absolutely beautiful property, ladscaping was emmaculate - it was SO nice to be able to go to the other property and use the pool, spa, hot tub at Poco a Poco and the daily complimentary breakfast was wpnderful. Excellent staff, very close to everything and a perfect room for our short stay here!"

The staff were so friendly and helpful at every turn and every member of staff seemed to know everyone's name. We took advantage of the onsite experiences by having a couple's massage, doing the night walk, swimming in the lake, using the whirlpool, free beer tasting and excellent food from the restaurant."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Buffet style breakfast which was excellent. Fantastic pool and grounds. Staff excellent. Some lovely restaurants in Monteverde but not an easy walk if you have any mobility issues. We loved it. Also 5 minute walk to the “ficus tree”. Would recommend doing the San Juan, sugar cane, chocolate and coffee tour and the hanging bridges."

"Wonderful experience. The rooms are all along a steep hill and have great views. We were given Room 28 Premium King bed which is close to the top of the hill and the views were stunning. The hotel has a number of golf carts and someone can take you up there if you need help. The grounds are beautiful and there are trails behind the property which lead to the Aguti reserve to which the hotel provides free admission. The staff and service was excellent as was the hotel restaurant, El Sapo. ...
