All staff were great, and treated us with kindness and helpfulness. Upon arrival, we were greeted with ice cold lemonade, which was much appreciated after a long day in the warm weather. "Francisco, Karien, Ava and the res of the staff were great!!! They assisted with all our day tours and transportation. Nice having laundry service available and a great breakfast every morning. My wife & I enjoyed the location (nice & quiet) away from the noise of downtown. Would certainly go back to this facility."

"This hotel is simply the best in all aspects, great ambience, aesthetically designed, I simply loved the interior and exterior decoration, meticulously planned and designed, I could not resist taking photos at the bar the because the way it is designed, breakfast was best with options to chose from, front desk team helped me to chose the type of activities with some great recommendations.. they have accommodated our request for keeping luggage as well as use of washrooms when we returned even after we returned.. all in all a great place to stay at Monteverde..
