"Generally it was excellent. The only complaint was the lack of hot enough water for a bath. Also the shower was just warm enough for me so I would prefer to have hotter water. Everything else was excellent "

"The hotel and room were nice overall with a friendly check in and customer service. I’m leaving a 4-star review because, on arrival, I was told that they were not taking food bookings because the kitchen was maxed out due to the Christmas parties that the hotel was hosting. I was told my best bet would be to order takeaway or go into town. For me that’s not acceptable; service should be consistent for paying guests over events being hosted. "
