"Excellent stay. The hotel was very reasonably priced and was located in the centre of Worcester. The room was clean, cosy and spacious. The breakfast was ample with plenty of choice including veggie sausages. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful 2 night stay"

"An excellent room awaited us, with a delightful bath/shower facility. A walk around Cheltenham, a lovely meal and our eyelids were drooping. We went to bed earlier than ever before - and awake fully refreshed! A delicious full breakfast was there and we were on our way recharged and ready for the day. Excellent hotel - we will be going there again."

"Very affordable considering it has a lot of facilities that far more expensive properties would have (e.g swimming pool, buffet breakfast, etc). Some I am sure are critical of the fact that some surfaces might need a second coat of paint or tiles to be modernised around the pool, but we won’t be. As a family we couldn’t ask for more, we had a quiet, ground floor room with comfortable beds, access to the leisure centre and free breakfast and meals for the children during our stay. There are even board games to play in the lounge and child friendly options and colouring packs at breakfast time. Staff were always courteous and friendly and clearly work hard as we found the same people waiting on or attending to us over the three days that we stayed! The hotel is really well located for close drives to Warwick, Stratford and West Midland Safari Park so for us as a family, it achieved everything we wanted it to be. "

"Lovely big twin room, comfy beds and Nespresso coffee machine. Short walk through the Montpellier district to get into the town centre. Great breakfast in the morning. Nicely decorated and furnished. "

"Stunning approach to the hotel,a friendly greeting at reception and from the staff.The suite that we stayed in was amazing....very spacious with loads of character. We were hoping for a quiet relaxing weekend from our busy working life and that's exactly what we got.You could here a pin drop at t night.....great for a get away from it all chill weekend."

"Lovely two night stay, ate in the first night which was lovely. All the staff were great, we found them all very helpful and they are an absolute asset to the Hotel (especially in this day and age when hospitality staff are hard to find) I used the spa and had an amazing back massage. Would highly recommend and will be booking again."

"Everything was to a very high standard the only downside is that in a twin room for the right hand side bed there is no electricity socket or charging point, both are on the left side only which is very inconvenient "
