"This is truly a 5 star resort. The staff was very attentive to our every need from opening doors to yoga and exercise. They also have maid service make sure you had every thing you need for the morning coming by in the evening. Our room had the most beautiful ocean view. Down stairs and you are on the beach with staff setting up chairs and umbrellas for you. There is plenty of shopping and dining. I could go on."

"We enjoyed our stay here while we stay here several times this time was a little different. Everything was still nice, but the guests are very loud and I know people are on vacation so I gave it a pass . The food is always good. The service is always good. It’s always clean. The only reason why I give it a four is because of the noise so if I stay there again, I would want to make sure I’m in a corner and on top floor."

"The two nights we were there the main dining/bar area was closed which limited our choice to the roof top area which was only open late afternoons. I did like the location as it made getting around Old San Juan very easy."

"The hotel was great for our family of 4 and two other families that we were traveling with. It was a 15-20 min walk one way to Old San Juan and about the same distance the other way to the beach. The rooftop was a great place to wind down after a day out. And we loved that our unit had a kitchenette and large outdoor patio. The hotel also accommodated with a 2nd pull out couch for our two kids."
