"Decent size room with twin beds for my friend and me. The restaurant is onsite with a good choice of food and good value . We were visiting Oswaldtwistle Mills so an overnight stay at Willows is very convenient and good value. They now have EV charging stations which is excellent news. "

Expedia sold us a room that was unsuitable, said sleeps 3 and it definitely didn’t sleep 3, Jenna couldn’t have been more helpful and offered us a superior family room for really cheap! The room was lovely. Breakfast was great! We loved our stay at the imperial and will definitely be back! "

"We received a btight cheery welcome with some helpful advice on nearby eating options. The upgrade room was spacious and comfortable with great views. Unfortunately there was a problem with lack of heating, hiwever a portable heater supplied from reception solved the problem. Breakfast was excellent with some quality elements to choose from."

"Lovely old property located perfectly for train station and the city centre. Room was a big old converted loft , the bar and restaurant was really nice and the bartender kept a supply of reasonably priced cocktails to the table. Only gripe ,could do with some of the little rubber buffers on the corridor and room doors as they don’t half make a bang when all the drunk guests arrive back late and possibly signs in the lift and corridor area asking guests to be quiet when returning late. "

Buffet breakfast much improved since our last stay two years ago and catered for all and we were able to have the dog with us in the dog friendly area. A relaxing, enjoyable stay. "
