"Booked in here as all the thieves in town were charging a fortune, (St Paddys Weekend). Pleasantly surprised. Greeted by a lovely lady at check in. Got parked up in front of guest house. We were given a mini tour (breakfast area) and shown to our room. The room was a tad small ,but clean and very warm. It was a place to crash for a night. We walked into town, it's easy, downhill and about 40 mins. Taxi back at night cost £11. (Black cab). Didn't try breakfast (its help yourself continental...

"We booked here after reading the great reviews and so glad we did. It was a last minute booking as was just visiting the area for the day and decided to stay over. Of course there are so many places to choose from but the price and the reviews were so good we decided to stay here. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more with an excellent tea and coffee selection in the room. We didn’t have breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. "Located very central Blackpool. Good price. Alison was lovely in the morning made nice eggs and coffee. Parking is a bit challenging - outside 8am until 6pm maximum 90 minutes (paid parking), seven days a week. Double room had shared shower and shared toilet. Room had a sink. Given the excellent location, friendly staff and price would recommend"
