"Good clean hotel with great service from all staff we encountered. Room was comfortable and really clean with good good views over Plymouth on 10th floor. The shower pressure wasn’t great. Liked the leisure facilities and the restaurant on the top floor again with excellent views. The breakfast was delicious with good selection. Reception staff greeted us well as did staff in restaurant. Also cleaning staff on 10th floor (Eleanor and another lady) were super. Would definitely recommend...

"Hotel it's self was very basic and outdated. Positive: Rooms were clean and comfy. Very great size and location. Very close to the pier and amenities. Parking on site which is very helpful with a busy beach front. Negatives: Paint peeling off the ceiling and mouldy lampshade could do with being replaced. TV signal was very spotty, unable to watch any channels. WiFi was spotty and not really usable in room. Bedroom heater left on full when we arrived making the room extremely uncomfortable...
