"We were put in a basement room with a view of back yard with dirty doors etc. .no hair dryer or Iron. Luckily we asked for one at reception but had to walk 100 yrds to do that. .door didn't close properly so could hear all noise. Toilet flush from next rooms was very loud. Also terrible creaking floorboards from rooms above. Parking was limited on street and was pay and display which was expensive for 24 hours. We were not far from beach so that was a bonus. "Great location. Lovely accommodation, with all bedrooms great size, lounge large and bright, and a massive dining table. Kitchen had everything you could need, and more crocks than seen anywhere else. All very clean and tidy. A very comfortable home from home for a family holiday including toddlers and dogs. Would definitely think about going back. Our first time to the Salcombe area, which we really enjoyed, both Salcombe and the spectacular surrounding coastline and villages."

"The apartment is a home from home and has everything you’d need! We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet!
