"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

"Good for what we needed. Tea and coffee facilities were great. Iron and Hairdryer included in the room was a good touch, first time I've ever needed to use them and they worked. The pool was ok, slightly too busy, but we did use it at peak time (evening). Great stay."

Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and quality items on the menu. All the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel and stunning views. "Lovely old hotel in a beautiful town. Our room was a good size - very clean. Breakfast was oustanding. On our last night there was a "false" fire alarm (better than a real fire). Next morning there was no hot water. Manager said it would be hot in 20 minutes. An hour later still no hot water and no apology. Disappointing way to end our stay "
