"The hotel was located very close to the train and bus station in a nice quiet street. It was about a 10 minute walk to city centre. The hotel was nicely decorated, very very clean and a delight to stay in. Breakfast was good, dinner was on the small side but good. The only thing we didn’t like was the lighting- we found the room quite dark and it was difficult to read in. The staff went above and beyond to answer any of our queries- they were superb and all was done with a smile. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"This is the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel. We were this time their guest of the day and received an upgraded room with jacuzzi and some extras. Super convenient located next to shop and a 3 minute walk to the train starion. Very kindly and helpful staff. Will Always return to this hotel. "

"What a fabulous hotel. It was clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room had a small balcony, no room for a chair though. The mini bar was free and topped up every day. Great selection for breakfast. We had dinner there one night, fish and chips which was so tasy. The bus stop is just round the corner with buses running regularly to Haarlem station, where you can easily get the train into Amsterdam. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again. "
