Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. "The staffing and service was amazing, but the clarification of which building is which is very confusing. Please make sure to double check with staffing about which of the three buildings you can go to. Also make sure to get a email of your code or you might be a bit stranded. It was my first trip out of country though, so it can be my fault as well! "Beautiful place"

"The property is perfectly located just outside of the central area, making it easy for walking, dining, parking, shopping, etc. The parking options require a bit of patience given they are a few blocks away and a bit complex to find, but they worked out OK. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a slight difference of 'things included' between the Expedia booking and the actual reservation, so I would simply recommend verifying with the property prior to arrival."
