"Everything was fantastic at the hyatt, staff overall was warm and pleasant. The beach/ pool/ area around the property is absolutely beautiful. The only thing that we didnt expect was the additional $65 dollars a day from booking with a third party (expedia). Originally our package was about $1100, we were very surprised to see a checkout bill for an additional $1000, 500 being this hotel booking fee.
