"In general it’s a good hotel. The staff is gentle. Negative points: the pool water is cold as well as the “hot tube”. We chose the hotel for the hot tube but couldn’t ever use it. When we tried to use the sauna it was cold s well. We mentioned these problems a few times to the staff without success. Finally, the price of the breakfast is not the one advertised on Expedia. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Staff was courteous, food was good, and the location is perhaps one of the best in Puebla. Everything is within walking distance or a quick Uber/Lyft ride away! Highly recommend!"
