"Fabulous stay at the Westbourne. Friendly greeting from Sue and check in was quick. Room was excellent and had everything we needed. Location is perfect as you are no more than a 10 minute walk to the lake, restaurants, bars, and shopping, but hotel is on a quiet street in a good location. Breakfast in the morning was served by Andre and was really good. Would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend. "

One small criticism would be that they are not very accommodating when it comes to making small changes or eliminations to a meal in the restaurant, for example swapping out the chips in a meal to something else (which pretty much all restaurants do!).
