"Great hotel. Facilities are good. Buffet breakfast is good. The staff work hard to make your stay pleasant. Four stars vs. five because they showed me as having cancelled my reservation due to some disconnect between them and Expedia. This took about 20 minutes to sort out. "

"You have to pay extra for a Nile view to avoid a noisy main road so glad we paid the extra on arrival as sleep is important. Breakfast very good with quality choices and staff very helpful. There is a bit of a scam with a local driver who's the 'unofficial' car. Hotel agreed 400 local currency for a trip & on return driver tried to claim 400 each which we refused to pay."
