"It was situated in a quite area along with the locals and other hotels near by. The entrance to the hotel is deceptive as inside it is very big and has a large swimming pool. They told me to call Expedia and get a refund from Expedia. I paid again to stay there. I chatted with Expedia about this and they informed that I should get a reponse in 72 hours.
