The only drawback was the pool temperature- we went at the end of October and despite it being 25 - 30 degrees outside, the pool was ice cold at all times of day and never warmed up, to the extent that small children found it way too cold to swim. Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but...

Was given a replacement room on day 2 due to tv and AC not working, both of these worked in the new room without any further issue. Would definitely use hotel again. "
