"Service was fantastic. It's a very cool property. Easy to get to and nice rooms. Breakfast was very light but good. As others have pointed out the beds are not great. The hot tub is not hot and has no heater. That was a disappointment. The heated pool was heated to a temperature that would be fine if it was 85f but in the 60s...it's a no. The rooftop area was great to chill. It's worth a stay."

"My second time back at Riad Kniza, and it was absolutely incredible. This hotel has the highest quality of service and they really do take such good care of their guests. I love how small it is and how much attention we received in terms of timely answers for our requests, room service twice a day, and beautiful breakfast every morning.
